Solar & Energy Boat Challenge

The MCSEBC is an international challenge open to the public, that welcomes students and professionals from across the world to race in three different classes: Energy, Solar and Open Sea Class. Join us for an epic week of racing, innovation and networking. Our event aims to create a platform where open source information sharing is the focus, creating a bridge between the engineers of tomorrow and the industry leaders of today. The time for words has long passed, it is now time for action. You will be able to see how different teams implement a variety of renewable energies and propulsion systems to create vessels with long lasting autonomy and blazing top speeds.

The YCM Marina will hold an exhibition on the water and on the ground, showcasing innovations and ideas on the future of the maritime industry:

  • Promote technological marine advances & innovations
  • Encourage current and new investors initiatives
  • Accelerate the energy transition by demonstrating to the local decision-makers (private and institutional) that technological solutions exist to address current environmental problems
  • Display these new products and technologies toward potential clients

At the end of each day the teams will present their project in front of the public, fellow participants and an International Jury at the occasion of the Daily Tech Talks. These will be broadcasted live on social media; fully Open Source the presentations will also be available online. An opportunity for the teams to present their project, technology and innovations, an occasion for all participants to learn from each other.

A Monaco Solar & Energy Boat Challenge Tech Talk Prize will be awarded at the end of the Challenge.

∇ CONFERENCES (By Invitation)

A cycle of conferences will be open to the public with two major objectives in their sights :
